Villa Karin is situated in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful countryside and is positioned at the back of a large, gated plot with the private pool and extensive gardens in front of the property facing the lovely sea views.  Only 10 - 15 minutes walk into the village of Kournas, 7 minutes drive to the beach and facilities at Kavros and a lovely 3 kms walk through olive groves to the famous lake at Kournas, this villa is a perfect choice for a family or for a group of friends wanting to 'get away from it all' but still be close to amenities. 

All windows and terrace doors have fly-screens attached so they can remain open without the intrusion of insects. However, the house tends to remain cool in warm weather but nevertheless all bedrooms are air-conditioned and a couple of portable fans are provided if needed.

The villa is centrally heated making it a good choice for early or late season holidays when the evenings might be chilly and some heating required.
